Ingredients – makes one cup

60ml soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 red chilli, chopped
1 inch ginger, julienned 
squeeze of lime juice
1 tablespoon white sugar

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients and stir to combine. Taste for seasoning. Leave to infuse and serve when ready!
