This week = a Movember special. I interview Simon Fernandez, chef of Ferdies Food Lab- the hottest supper club to hit London and darling of the tabloid reviewers currently. Then I go on to cook one of Simon’s own recipes – Arroz al Horno, a baked Valencian rice dish 🙂
