Latest radio show up on InGoodTaste at ZoneOneRadio. This week my wildest dreams came true and I got the chance to do a show that I have wanted to do for a long long time. I’ve always loved offal from a young age. I think it is delicious. Cheap, healthy, underused and absolutely fabulous. This week I managed to convince my producers to do an Offal Special!
In the first half we go to @CattleGrid restaurant in Battersea where the owner, Steve the Foul-Mouthed, had put on an offal tasting to raise money for Movember. We interview Steve and his chefs about the yummy offal dishes they put out that evening and then in the second half I go on to cook my take on a classic offal dish; chicken liver pate.
