This week I presented for In Good Taste at Zone One Radio on Chocolate!! I come in at about 13:00 talking to a Chocolate maker in Switzerland about what makes Swiss Chocolate the best in the world. Then at about 17:00 I make Chilli Chocolate Fondants with a White Chocolate and Cardamom Sauce! Get the recipe for that here!

Horribly scary the first time – my ‘r’s are absolutely vile! I always used to get picked on at school by the girls who used to mock how I said ‘Prudence’ as ‘Pwoodence’. I had thought years of prepubescent bullying had taunted that out of me but no…a terrifying microphone and an undisclosed amount of years later and the semi-lisp is back!! You can tell I chill out a bit later though as I start getting into my Chocolatey groove. Next time a glass of wine before.
